Before, after, and everything between

A washed-out backyard slope was losing soil with every hard rain and had become unusable. We terraced the grade with two reinforced block walls, added drain tile behind each course, and reclaimed roughly 900 square feet of flat, planted yard.

An overgrown back lot needed to become a usable building site. We cleared the brush and small timber, graded the pad, and installed a compacted gravel drive running back to the new area.

Water was pooling against the foundation and seeping into the crawl space after every storm. We regraded the affected side of the property, brought in fill and topsoil, and reshaped the yard so runoff carries to daylight at the rear lot line.
